Comments:
Gosch Field is named after Captain James Albert Gosch who died in the service of his country in New Guinea on November 26, 1944 during World War II. Cpt. Gosch was very active in the Dilley community before entering the Army, organizing the first Boy Scout Troop, the Lion's Club, teaching at Dilley High School, and serving on its school board.
The Scoreboard is dedicated to the memory of David Bryan Wood.
