Educational Programs and Snake Shows for schools, day cares and birthday parties. Texas Snakes gives snakes the respect they deserve.
A great Kid friendly online museum of Texas Arrowheads, Artifacts, and Rocks. Go ahead and pick the brain of David Crain the Arrowhead Man.
Frontier Times Magazine was published during a time when early Texas settlers, pioneers cattlemen and observers of the events were still alive and able to tell their stories. (1923 - 1954) Its articles are written largely from the vantage point of the eye-witness observer or actual participant in the event. Now they are available online exclusively from FrontierTimesMagazine.com. The site has an extensive search engine to direct you to specific people, places and events. I have already found two of my family members mentioned in a story about an Indian altercation in Central Texas.
A great page of resources for Black History in Texas.
This is a great Texas History museum. The museum was dedicated in April of 2001.
An extensive page covering the history of a West Texas city that at first glance doesn't appear to have a history. Lots of old pictures and an extensive history of the Texas Pacific Railroad. This page sets a high standard for a community history page.

McKittrick canyon is the highlight of this Texas park located on US 180 East of El Paso, Texas. This park is also the site of the tallest peak in Texas. For the story of my climb to the "Top of Texas" click here.
