Melt margarine & cheese over low heat (double boiler) or
microwave. In large bowl mix powdered sugar & cocoa together.
Pour hot margarine & cheese mixture over the sugar & cocoa
mixture. Mix thoroughly. Add vanilla & nuts. Press into a 9 x 13
pan. Put in refrigerator 15 minutes before cutting.
