Preheat Oven to 350°, cover the bottom of an 8" cast iron
skillet with cooking oil and preheat. Mix dry ingredients, Add
eggs; milk; oil, mix thoroughly. Pour into the preheated
skillet. This forms a good crust. Bake 45 - 60
minutes. (until done)
